The Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 (hereinafter the “Decree”) introduced a new form of corporate liability, qualified as administrative but substantially as criminal nature, for some types of crimes committed by its directors and employees, as well as by subjects acting in the name and for account of the company Freia Farmaceutici Srl (hereinafter, “Freia” or “Company”).
In compliance with the indications of the Decree, Freia has adopted, by resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting of 30 May 2011, an Organization and Management Model (hereinafter, the “Model”), periodically amended and updated.
